Core Staff
Brenda Snyders
Brenda Snyders is the Director at RDSP. She holds an Honours degree in Education from the University of the Western Cape and she has 19 years’ experience in the NPO sector. She also has a Certificate in NPO Management, and a Substance Abuse Certificate from the University of Western Cape. She is an Accredited Trainer and Moderator with extensive experience in Community Development and Coordination. Brenda’s expertise extends to various areas, including Principles of Training, Training of Trainers, Assessing Workplace Learning, and Designing and Developing Assessments. She is responsible for the overall leadership of RDSP (HR and Financial Management), manages the implementation of Organisational Development (OD) and Training processes and activities, as well as managing all aspects of RDSP’s training materials.
In her free time, she enjoys time with her family and watching series and movies.
Cecilia Kuhn
Cecilia Kuhn is the bookkeeper at RDSP, where she oversees RDSP’s finances and payroll. She runs an independent bookkeeping service, with more than 30 years of experience in the NPO sector. Cecilia joined RDSP at the inception of the programme.
In her free time, you can find her enjoying her time with family, cycling, nature walks, reading and knitting.
Support Staff
Anuschka Snyders
Anuschka Snyders is an Admin Support Staff at RDSP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and is currently studying part-time to achieve her Training and Development Certificate. She is an entrepreneur and her time is currently split between running her home based nail bar and RDSP. Her role at RDSP is as admin assistant to the Director. She serves as the OD and Training liaison and oversees programmatic administration requirements.
In her free time, she enjoys playing and coaching netball and spending time with her friends and family.
Associate Staff
Alet Ackermann
Alet Ackermann is an Associate and Training Facilitator at RDSP, and a long-standing member of the organisation since 2013. A qualified Analytical Drug and Alcohol Counsellor with more than 22 years of working experience, she holds a Bachelor of Social Work from UNISA and is a registered Social Worker with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP). Alet specialises in drug and alcohol counseling and prevention training, excelling in Group Therapy and providing individual psycho-social support. As part of her own consultancy she assists companies with their Employee Assistance Wellness Programmes (EAP) offering counseling services, marketing and monitoring & evaluation.
In her free time, you can find her enjoying time with her family, reading, and enjoying the outdoor life at Western Cape flea markets.
Eugene Jackson
Eugene Jackson Serves as an Associate Staff member of RDSP. He has a Bachelor of Theology degree and has worked in the NGO sector for over 20 years and has worked as a Facilitator and Trainer for 16 years. He facilitates training and organisational development sessions.
In his spare time he can be found running and volunteering Parkrun and in his local parish community.
Hollie Bradley
Hollie Bradley is an Associate Staff member of RDSP, offering support in Monitoring and Evaluation to the organisation and its beneficiaries as part of the Organisational Development Programme. She holds her Masters in Programme Evaluation, obtained from UCT in 2015 and has been working in the NGO space since. She became a full-time consultant in 2021 when she founded HollieJayde Consulting specialising in supporting M&E in the NGO space. She has been working with RDSP since 2021.
In her free time Hollie enjoys time with her family and experiencing more of Cape Town’s adventures.
